At Tailorclogs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the item is defective or damaged.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tailorclogs.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging. We cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear, damage, or have been altered.
  • Returns must be sent back to us at the customer’s expense, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
  • If your return is due to a defective product, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.

3. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Sale items or gift cards are non-returnable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos of the damage and keep all packaging for inspection.
  • In cases of defective items, we will issue a full refund or send you a replacement at no additional cost.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items to us, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • If a package is returned to us due to the customer being unavailable to receive the item or providing an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
